Refund and Returns Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
 

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
  1. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
  2. Intimate or sanitary goods
  3. Hazardous materials
  4. Flammable liquids or gases
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
  1. Gift cards
  2. Downloadable software products
  3. Some health and personal care items
 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
 

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
  1. Books with obvious signs of use
  2. Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  3. Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  4. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. We will also inform you of whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.
If you have completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return a product, please mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
